Overview

By accessing the Eden Blossoms website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced.
  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is collected at the time of order via our secure payment provider or on delivery where cash-on-delivery is offered.

Plant Health Guarantee

Every plant leaves our nursery in healthy condition. If a plant arrives damaged or in poor health, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

  • Plants are living products and cannot be returned once delivered in healthy condition.
  • Non-plant items (pots, tools, accessories) may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics and logos — is the property of Eden Blossoms and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Eden Blossoms provides care guides and planting advice in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Plant health depends on environmental conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for plant decline after our 48-hour delivery guarantee window.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
