Delivery Coverage & Fees

Our delivery and services are county-wide. We deliver across the entire county from our shop in Lavington, Nairobi.

The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our Lavington shop to your delivery address. When you place an order, we will confirm the exact delivery fee before dispatch.

How We Pack Your Plants

Every plant is individually wrapped in breathable tissue, secured in a custom-sized cardboard crate and cushioned with recycled paper fill. Soil is sealed to prevent spillage, and each box is labelled “LIVE PLANTS — THIS SIDE UP” for safe handling in transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a WhatsApp message with your rider’s name and a live tracking link. For Nairobi deliveries you can also reach your rider directly by phone.

Damaged in Transit?

If a plant arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. We will replace the plant or refund you in full — no questions asked. See our Terms of Service for full details.
