What we do, and how we do it well

Our consultancy service is for clients who don't need a delivery van — they need a botanist in the room. We work with architects, interior designers, hospitality operators and estate managers to specify the right plants for the right spaces, write care manuals, train in-house teams and audit existing collections. We work hourly, by project or on retainer.

The Process

From first conversation to flourishing finish

Every project follows the same five steps — refined over years of practice.

1 — Brief

A discovery call to understand the project, the audience, the maintenance team and the budget envelope.

2 — Site Survey

We walk every space, measure light levels, check air conditioning patterns and document existing plants.

3 — Plant Specification

A written spec listing every recommended plant, vessel, position, replacement cycle and care SLA.

4 — Sourcing Support

We can connect you to growers, vet quotes from third parties, or supply directly through our nursery partners.

5 — Training & Audits

We train your in-house team and return quarterly to audit plant health and rotate or replace as needed.
